At the new era of building on past successes to further advance our cause, China Commerce Sugar Industry Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as CCSC)had its 10th birthday in 2017. CCSC was founded on February 15, 2017, in the very beginning, in line with the enterprise mission of helping others to realize their dream and to find their self-worth, and the enterprise values of value co-creation for integrity, diligence and innovation; of benefit sharing among country, enterprise and staff, the whole CCSC family turned company into long-termed, extraordinary and globalized enterprise. In the past decade, CCSC had gone from strength to strength, had obtained remarkable performance, and had earned excellent reputation and public praise within the industry. Therefore, CCSC held a series of ceremonial programs to mark such memorable time.

The Tenth Anniversary Ceremony of CCSC

At around 3:00 p.m. on October 24, 2017, ceremony was hosted by Jin Yi from human resource department. Zhang Jianxin, president of CCFT group, Dai Jiahong, chairman of CCSC, Cheng Shujuan, general manager of CCSC as well as all staff members of CCSC attended the event.

At the ceremony, we comprehensively reviewedtremendous headway of CCSC in the past decade by watching video, which introduced our diversified and comprehensive business mode includingImport and sale of foreign sugar, large package and small package sale of sugar andfutures and spot trade of sugar. During the video, everyone were full of pride and enthusiasm, since only companies achievement had been linked to each of the members.

Company’s remarkable performance highly relied on belief and support of all staff members, each one gathered here, worked for here, and made company develop faster and better. Cheng Shujuan, general manager of CCSC, Liu Yang, vice general manager of CCSC, Qi Ming, business leader of CCSC business center, and Feng Tao, leader of import department, made speech at ceremony.

Dai Jiahong, chairman of CCSC, summarized those achievements and shortcomings for the course of past decade and looked forward to the future of CCSC, and put forward some requirements about improving team building and excavating personal strengths.

Zhang Jianxin, president of CCFT group, made speech that he had placed great expectation on CCSC. He said that we had been on the developmental epochs, during the time of the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China, we should have adopted a new vision for development and have been a good (wholly-owned company). We had had greatest resources, and should have broadened our horizons when we had come to trying new things. Moreover, president hoped that in line with the enterprise values of value co-creation for integrity, diligence and innovation; of benefit sharing among country, enterprise and staff, we should have continued to work hard and create new brilliance.

Team Building Activity in Beijing WTown

From October25, 2017 to October26, 2017, our company held team building activity in Beijing WTown. Although the wind still blew cold, it didn’t affect our mood. We put everything behind our mind, enjoyed the pleasant scenery of nature, completely relaxed, and threw ourselves into the activity. The activity mainly had 3 parts including visiting, competition and climbing the Simatai Great Wall. 

As one of part of team building activity, competition was especially designed as the mode of TV entertainment programs Running Man to have members further experience Beijing WTown.

On the evening of October 25, 2017, with the fresh air and beautiful scenery, a nice memory of the town had lingered in the heart of every members. However, it’s not enough to only have that, food was also needed, so there it was. At the dinner, with the beginning of song, lights off and candles on, flowers and cake suddenly came up in front of us. The cake was on behalf of 10th birthday of CCSI. Everyone who wished to a good health, thriving business, happy family and all the best in the future.

At the noon of October 25, 2017, according to the performance of each member during activity, each one of us got our own brand product “Sweet”offered by CCSC. At the end of activity, Cheng Shujuan, general manager of CCSC, made a closing remarks, and expressed her thanks to organizer of the event.

With great joy and happiness, the activity was successfully concluded, and everything ended with warm and cheerful atmosphere. We faithfully wished for each other and we hoped that we could create more splendid tomorrow to get the company better and better.
