On November 14 to 18, 2018, our company CCSC organized the third group of employees to Japan for a five-day group building activities. The trip to Tokyo lasted five days and four nights, and it is a good experience of the human landscape, natural landscape, and local customs.

We went to Fuji Five in line order to see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji; visited the Lake Kawaguchi to enjoy the colorful foliage in Hakone; go to Oshino Hakkai to visit beautiful countryside scenery and taste sweet spring water; traveled around the fashion blocks of Ginza and Shinjuku and felt the frontier of Asian fashion trend from zero distance; took the tram, subway to Kamakura and punched the lock of famous animation tram intersection; went to Shallow Grass Temple, Imperial Residence and other places to visit religious and cultural architectural landscape. Of course, beside enjoyed the scenery, we also had many other indispensable highlights of this trip, such as delicious food, hot springs, and shopping. The rich content of the activities has made our trip fruitful.

Through this group building activity, everyone can get along with each other in another environment and another state, which enhances each other´s feelings, deepens mutual understanding and enhances the team´s cohesiveness. The short rest and relaxation is to make us more efficient in the intense work in the future, let us face the daily work with more high and full enthusiasm!
